No resell

Write2me.com includes a web based guest book service, which allows members/visitors to post information and interact with each other, often in real-time. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless the Write2me.com Owner, Multi PC B.V..nl, as well as its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents and representatives against, any claim arising from any material that you post or transmit. Although a Write2me.com administrator may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, message boards, guest book web pages and other web tools and member-created guest book pages on Write2me.com, Write2me.com is not under any obligation to do so.

You acknowledge
(1) that Write2me.com does not control the communications that take place on your guest book, including but not limited to, what is posted on message boards, in chat rooms and on member-created link pages; and

(2) that any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, information or other communications presented or disseminated anywhere on your or other Write2me.com pages are those of their respective authors who are solely liable for their content.

Membership in a community is granted and continued solely in the discretion of the Write2me.com Owner/administrator.

Your membership in Write2me.com may be canceled at any time, for any or for no reason, by the Write2me.com Owner/administrator in his/her sole discretion.

This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites; use or promote software designed to harvest email addresses.

The Write2me.com guest book Owner does not claim ownership of the Content you place on the guest book, including but not limited to, your personal web site's web pages. By publishing Content on your guest book, you grant the Write2me.com Owner/administrator the world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce and publish the Content for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting the Write2me.com guest book Pages. In so doing, the Write2me.com guest book Owner will not disclose any personal information about you. This license exists only for as long as you continue to be Write2me.com guest book member and shall be terminated at the time your membership is terminated.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Write2me.com guest book Owner and Multi PC B.V., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Write2me.com guest books, your use of the Write2me.com guest book services, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

You agree that Write2me.com Owner/administrator, in his/her sole discretion, may terminate your membership, use of the guest book or any part thereof, and remove and discard any web site or content within the guest book, if the Write2me.com Owner/administrator believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use - without refund of any membership fee you have paid.

You agree that any termination of your access to the Write2me.com guest book due to violation of any provision of these Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that the Write2me.com Owner/administrator may immediately deactivate or delete your membership and all related information and files associated therewith and/or bar any further access to such files or the Write2me.com guest book . Further, you agree that the Write2me.com Owner/administrator shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Write2me.com guest book or the Write2me.com guest book services. Memberships terminated for violation of any provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be entitled to a refund of any membership fee paid.

The Write2me.com guest book Owner reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the guest book or any part thereof with or without notice. This includes the right to modify membership fees. You agree that the Write2me.com guest book Owner shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Write2me.com guest book , the Write2me.com guest book services or any part thereof.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to the Write2me.com guest book shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the Dutch laws(the Netherlands). Violations of these Terms of Use should be reported immediately to the Write2me.com Owner/administrator.
